JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring a full-time Instagram DM Setter for a fast-growing online fitness coaching company that works specifically with Registered Nurses in the U.S. Your role will be to manage and initiate conversations inside Instagram DMs, build rapport with leads, qualify potential clients using our framework, and book qualified prospects onto Zoom calls for our sales team. This is not spa ---------- ssaging - it is structured, conversation-based selling that requires critical thinking, strong communication skills, and confidence.

The schedule is 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM CST, five days per week, and you must be consistently available during those hours. Responsibilities include responding to and starting DM conversations, following scripts and SOPs, handling basic objections such as timing or budget, updating Google Sheets daily, and communicating with the team inside Slack. Strong written English is required, along with reliability, organization, and comfort discussing money. Sales or appointment-setting experience is preferred but not required - we value coachability and performance.

Compensation is $4 USD per hour plus commission for each qualified prospect who closes. This is a long-term opportunity with income growth potential for strong performers.
