Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Disposition Manager to handle the buyer side of our real estate transactions. Your main focus will be prospecting cash buyers, marketing our properties, handling buyer objections, negotiating deals, and pushing transactions to closing.
Key responsibilities include:
Prospecting and building a database of cash buyers using tools like InvestorBase
Creating and running buyer ads on platforms such as
Communicating with investors via phone, text, and
Handling buyer objections and using strong sales skills to close transactions
Matching properties to the right buyers and negotiating offers
Following up consistently to keep deals moving forward
Coordinating with title companies and updating deal status
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Disposition Manager in real estate is required
Strong sales skills and the ability to handle objections from buyers
Excellent English communication skills (clear speaking and writing)
Good organizational and follow-up skills
Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and headset
Must be available 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, Monday–Friday
