The Direct Response Copywriter is a key strategic leader on the marketing team for Dr Roseann.

Dr. Roseann is a mental health trailblazer, founder of The Global Institute of Children’s Mental Health and Dr. Roseann is “Changing the way we view and treat children’s mental health.” FORBES magazine called her, “A thought leader in children’s mental health.”

Do you have a passion for writing emails, newsletters, creating sales funnels, and informational and persuasive web copy, as well as content for various marketing channels, including ads, YouTube LinkedIn, Facebook and ----------

Are you ready to join a results-driven environment, where you use direct response copy to drive revenue-generating KPIs and sales goals?

Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience with drafting direct response copy for a variety of channels and webpages, writing nurture sequences, creating ad campaigns to drive revenue goals, organizing content into branded customer journeys from tripwires to high-ticket offers, creating content that drives traffic into funnels that grow the business.

This can be a PART-TIME 20 hour a week position or it can be FULL TIME 40 hours/ week position for the right candidate

The ideal candidate will:

Have superior storytelling skills and understand the needs of our community
Participate in high-level strategy meetings to frame out both offers and strategies for driving revenue across offers and internal offers.
Write effective copy that supports our cross-traffic content strategy across blogs, webpages, social media, podcast, and email and newsletter marketing.
Write effective content descriptions, social media graphic copy and blog copy to drive business goals.
Help conceptualize and create lead magnets, quizzes, etc. for list building
Experience with use of AI prompts and writing tools
Pay attention to data, which the team reviews weekly, and create content to improve our engagement, reach, referral traffic and conversions
Plan (as part of team) new offers and sales funnels for our brands
Write and monitor email and newsletter copy to improve conversions on email traffic using CRM data analytics
Work with a high-performing marketing team to review data, strategize and drive our business goals.

You are perfect for this position if you:

Love to write compelling content and is a copywriter that converts
Loves digital marketing and gets excited about learning new strategies and tools
Can write in our tone and style based on our brand guidelines that supports stressed and overwhelmed moms who need behavioral and mental health support for their children
Understand the unique ways to engage customers on the website, in email and newsletter, social copy actions, buyer behavior and various social channels (Pinterest, Linked In, Facebook group, YouTube) resulting in conversions
Can make mental health and behavioral issues relatable and understandable using our well organized and extensive content database from Dr. Roseann
Have excellent grammar and writing skills
Works well under pressure and on tight deadlines
Open to the review process and can revise work with constructive revision process that supports the avatar’s needs
Desire to be part of something bigger than yourself and work with wonderful team
Can use project management tools and manage deadlines
Adeptly handle multiple moving parts at once, without getting overwhelmed
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Qualifications:
2 years experience in Direct Response Copywriting
Working with US based companies for a minimum of 2 years
Experience with direct response copy: email nurture sequences, sales funnels, webpage copy, and social copy
Experience in digital marketing for a minimum of 2 years
Excellent writing skills (a perfectionist when it comes to spelling and grammar)
Advanced time management and interpersonal skills
Associate’s degree or equivalent is preferred
Comprehensive knowledge of G Suite tools
