JOB OVERVIEW

We’re a Vancouver-based rental company looking for a high-energy VA who can generate leads, CLOSE deals, and help us scale fast. This is not just admin work—we want a growth partner.

If you know how to find leads, turn inquiries into tenants, and improve systems, this role is for you.
Schedule: Sat–Wed | 9 AM–5 PM PST (Thu–Fri OFF)
Location: 100% Remote | FULL TIME
Your Role:
• Generate and convert rental leads (FB Marketplace, Craigslist, liv & other website) into signed leases
• Find and qualify new leads beyond existing sources
• Build and automate simple lead generation systems
• Use research and creative tools to improve results
• Track, analyze, and optimize lead performance
• Handle tenant screening via calls (voice/video)
• Manage listings, schedules, move-ins/outs, and admin tasks
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong English communication (written & verbal)
• Proven experience in lead generation and sales/closing
• Tech-savvy (CRMs, Google Sheets, scraping tools)
• Background in a computer-related field is a plus
• Independent, proactive, and results-driven
• Bonus: Experience in real estate, rentals, or social media optimization
