We’re looking for an enthusiastic, dependable, and experienced Dental Virtual Receptionist to become an important part of our growing dental practice. We believe our front office is the heart of our practice, and we’re looking for someone who enjoys helping patients, staying organized, and keeping the schedule full.

This is not a task-based position. You will be an active member of our front office team throughout your entire workday, just as if you were sitting inside our office.

Schedule

Monday-Friday
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (U.S. Central Time)
One-hour lunch break.

During your scheduled hours, you are expected to:

• Be fully dedicated to our practice.
• Be available for the entire shift.
• Respond promptly to incoming calls and messages.
• Communicate with the office throughout the day.
• Remain actively engaged in assigned responsibilities.

This position is not compatible with working another job during scheduled hours.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming patient phone calls professionally

• Schedule new patient appointments

• Schedule existing patients

• Confirm appointments

• Fill same-day openings

• Contact overdue recall patients

• Respond to emails and patient messages

• Update patient records

• Coordinate with the in-office team

• Maintain excellent customer service

• Follow HIPAA guidelines

Required Qualifications

? Minimum 2 years dental front office experience

? Excellent spoken and written English

? Strong telephone communication skills

? Comfortable working with a high volume of calls

? Experience with dental scheduling

? Reliable high-speed internet

? Quiet professional workspace

? Computer with dual monitors preferred

? Positive attitude

? Self-motivated

? Detail oriented

? Able to multitask
