JOB OVERVIEW

Eclipse Legal is seeking a results-driven Debt Collections Specialist to manage and resolve consumer accounts within a structured administrative recovery process. This role is outbound call heavy and requires strong communication skills, attention to compliance, and the ability to negotiate and close settlements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact consumers via phone, email, and SMS regarding outstanding accounts
*Present settlement options and negotiate payment arrangements
*Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions
*Ensure full compliance with FDCPA, FCRA, and company protocols
*Follow structured workflows for account resolution and escalation
*Handle disputes and validation requests professionally

Qualifications:

Previous collections or call center experience preferred
*Strong negotiation and closing skills
*Clear and professional communication
*Ability to handle high call volume and meet performance targets
*Basic computer and CRM proficiency
