**₱20,000–₱25,000 Monthly | Matina, Davao City**

## About SuperFulfill

SuperFulfill is a **China-based international logistics and e-commerce fulfillment company** with a satellite office in Matina, Davao City.

We are expanding our Philippine team and looking for **skilled, adaptable, and motivated individuals** to join us across multiple departments.

## Areas of Work

We are recruiting for various departments, including:

- **Sales & Client Acquisition** — Lead generation, business development, prospecting, and client acquisition.
- **Online Sales & Customer Relations** — Communicating with international customers, managing inquiries, and sales follow-ups.
- **Finance & Administration** — Billing, financial reporting, bookkeeping, reconciliation, and administrative work.
- **IT & Automation** — Programming, AI-assisted coding, systems integration, and workflow automation.
- **Logistics & Operations** — Inventory management, shipment coordination, fulfillment support, and operational processes.
- **General Business Support** — Research, documentation, data management, and other office responsibilities.

**You are NOT expected to specialize in every department.** We will evaluate you based on your strongest skills and professional background.

- Logistics companies, freight forwarding, and third-party logistics (3PL).
- E-commerce, Shopify, online stores, and fulfillment operations.
- BPO, customer support, and account management.
- Sales, business development, and lead generation.
- Finance, accounting, bookkeeping, and administration.
- IT, software development, and systems integration.
- AI-assisted development, vibe coding, Cursor, and GitHub.
- Workflow automation, Python, JavaScript, and APIs.
- Data analytics, Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting.
- CRM, ERP, warehouse management, and inventory systems.
- Digital marketing, SEO, and online business operations.
- Experience working with international businesses or customers.

**You do not need experience in all these fields.** These are preferred skills across our different departments.

## Salary & Career Opportunities

**Monthly Salary: ₱20,000–₱25,000**

Compensation is primarily based on:

- Your demonstrated skills and technical capabilities.
- Your ability to perform the responsibilities of the position.
- Your relevant practical knowledge and experience.
- Your adaptability, problem-solving ability, and potential to contribute.

**Salary is NOT determined by years of experience alone.**

A skilled fresh graduate may qualify for a higher starting salary than an experienced applicant, depending on their actual capabilities and suitability for the role.

## IMPORTANT: WORK ARRANGEMENT

**THIS IS STRICTLY AN ON-SITE POSITION IN MATINA, DAVAO CITY.**

- NO work-from-home arrangements.

- Full-time office attendance is REQUIRED.
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.
- Monthly salary of ₱20,000–₱25,000, primarily based on skills -- With chance for higher pay depending on performance.
