JOB OVERVIEW

Full-Time Customer Support / Sales Role (no experience needed)

Payment: Twice a month via Banktransfer.
Realistic salary: ---------- USD per month

This is not a short-term job. We are looking for long-term Employee.

You will work directly with the leadership team to improve performance, systems, and retention.

We are an international digital marketing company working with content creators and online brands. We provide an done-for-you content and monetization system that helps creators grow, go viral, and turn views into income using short-form content, AI tools, and proven strategies. Our clients are typically creators looking to build their brand, gain followers, and generate income online.

We focus on structure, accountability, and long-term growth.
We focus strongly on client delivery and producing client results.

TASKS

Refund & Payment Investigations
- Look into all refund requests, chargebacks, canceled plans, and failed payments.
- Check sales, chat logs, and account notes to gather the facts.
- Find out the real reason for the issue (bad sales promises, poor delivery, or client personal issues).
- Show leadership clear evidence before any money is refunded.
- Generate Sales

Stopping Client Loss Early
- Spot unhappy or inactive clients in chats before they ask for refunds.
- Answer and manage urgent refund or dispute threads on the same day.

Tracking & Reporting
- Send daily reports to leadership
- Keep client data clean and accurate

You own outcomes here. We expect you to take charge, solve problems, make sales, and keep systems running smoothly.


REQUIREMENTS
- Great written and spoken English.
- Able to work independently
- Generate sales and check chat histories and write clear case notes.
- Able to work independently
