Job description

VintedResells is a UK reselling education brand. We sell supplier lists, starter kits and a mentorship to people who resell clothes on Vinted, Depop and eBay, and we have a community of over 7,000 resellers and 300K followers on social. I'm the founder and I'm looking for one reliable VA to run our daily customer support and admin so I can focus on growth.

What you'll do

Reply to customer messages on WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, email and the website chat, in friendly, clear British English.
Resend digital products when a customer says they haven't received their supplier list or guide.
Check Shopify orders every morning, mark them fulfilled, chase missing tracking and flag anything odd.
Manage our Skool community: approve new members, welcome them, answer simple questions and pass the hard ones to me.
Keep a running list of questions customers keep asking so we can fix them at the source.
Small admin tasks as they come up: updating spreadsheets, organising files, scheduling.

Hours

40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm UK time. That's 4pm to midnight in Manila, so please only apply if that works long term. Weekends off.

Pay

$2 per hour for the first 30 days, then $3 per hour if you're doing well. Paid weekly via Wise or EasyPay, on time, every time. This is a long term role and I'd like someone who stays for years.

You should have

Excellent written English. You'll be the voice of the brand to customers.
Experience with Shopify and Instagram. WhatsApp Business and Skool are a bonus.
A stable internet connection and a backup plan for power cuts.
The ability to work without being chased. I'll train you properly, then trust you to run it.
