Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, responsive, and adaptable Customer Support & Order Processing Specialist to join our team. This fully remote role will be responsible for creating customer quotes using B2B Edition through BigCommerce and processing orders from both our BigCommerce ecommerce storefront and internal quotes for products not currently available online, through Quickbooks. You will be on the front lines of our customer interaction, ensuring prompt service and operational accuracy. Your role is to support the territory managers by ensuring their success through quick response times and by proactively sharing information that helps deliver the best customer experience in a B2B environment. Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Create accurate and professional quotes using B2B Edition (through BigCommerce), with a turnaround time of 15–30 minutes or less
Process customer orders through QuickBooks and BigCommerce
Respond to customer inquiries via
Communicate with internal teams (sales, operations) to ensure customer needs are met
Keep Google Sheets and internal trackers updated with quote/order status
Help refine and improve internal processes as the company grows
Represent the ValveMan brand with professionalism and urgency
Find areas of improvement for efficiency and implement those efficiencies- through AI or simple process improvements
Work Schedule:
Hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Standard Time
Break: 1-hour lunch from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM EST
Location: Fully Remote
Required Qualifications:
3–5+ years of order processing experience
Proficiency with QuickBooks for creating quotes and processing orders
Experience working within Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc.)
Strong written and spoken English communication skills
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Willingness to adapt and grow with the business
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting a U.S.-based company or U.S.-based eCommerce business
Industrial, manufacturing, or B2B customer service experience
Familiarity with BigCommerce or similar eCommerce platforms
