Content Rewards is a fast-growing platform that connects brands with content creators. We're hiring a reliable, detail-oriented Customer Support VA to help our users and keep our support queue running smoothly.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Respond to customer support tickets in Intercom (questions about payouts, campaigns, and account issues)
- Communicate and coordinate with the team on Slack
- Become an expert on how our product works so you can resolve issues quickly and accurately
- Follow our support SOPs closely and escalate the right issues to the right people
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Excellent written English
- Prior customer support / VA experience (Intercom, Zendesk, or similar is a plus)
- A fast learner who can get up to speed on a new product quickly
- Reliable, organized, and trustworthy. You'll handle user questions with discretion
- Comfortable working independently and following documented processes
DETAILS
- 6 hours per day, long-term role
- $600 to $1,000/month depending on experience
- Full training and SOPs provided. No prior knowledge of our platform required
HOW TO APPLY
