We are hiring Customer Support Specialists to support Obvio, our online event platform used for large scale events.
This role is focused on delivering fast, clear, and helpful support to customers using our platform during live events and day to day usage.
Working hours:
9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern US time, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
11am to 7pm Wednesdays.

• Assist customers during live events using the platform
• Create and maintain support documentation and help articles
• Identify common issues and contribute to improving the user experience
• Work with the team to improve workflows and reduce support friction
Platform knowledge:
Obvio uses Zoom for video conferencing, so a strong understanding of Zoom is essential.
We also integrate with CRM and marketing platforms including Keap, Mailchimp, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign, Kit (ConvertKit), Ontraport, ClickFunnels and others through Zapier.
You will be trained on Obvio and will learn from weekly Q&A calls that are for all users.
Technical requirements:
• Must have access to both a Mac and a Windows computer
• Reliable high speed internet connection
• Quiet and professional work environment
