- Reliable: Consistent attendance and punctuality during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating CRMs and communication tools.

Responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and warmth.
- Provide accurate information and updates to clients and agents.
- Maintain organized records of client interactions and tasks.
- Support the operations team with administrative and communication needs.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and proactive problem-solving.

Important Requirement:
