We are looking for a talented and professional Customer Support Specialist to handle inbound and outbound customer calls for our industrial equipment business.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Answering incoming customer calls in a professional manner
Making outbound calls to customers for follow-ups
Assisting customers with product inquiries and order status
Explaining industrial equipment features clearly and confidently
Resolving customer concerns and providing excellent service
Documenting call details and updating customer records
Requirements:
Excellent spoken and written English
Neutral or clear accent
Strong phone communication skills
Experience in customer support (voice)
Basic understanding of industrial equipment (or ability to learn quickly)
Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
Professional attitude and strong problem-solving skills
Preferred (but not required):
Experience working with industrial tools or equipment companies
CRM experience
Microsoft Excel
Previous call center experience
