The Role
You will be the first point of contact for students enrolled in our courses. Most of the job is answering questions by
This is a regulated industry. Every state has its own rules about seat time, attendance, exam eligibility, and certificate issuance. Getting these wrong is not a small mistake, it can put our state approvals at risk. We need someone who follows the documented process exactly and asks before improvising.
What You'll Do
Respond to student inquiries by
Troubleshoot course access, login, and progress-tracking issues in the LMS
Verify student eligibility for certificates against state-specific requirements
Track and log Zoom webinar attendance accurately
Escalate anything you are unsure about instead of guessing
Keep detailed notes on every student interaction
Follow and help improve our written SOPs
What We're Looking For
2+ years in customer support, preferably US-facing
Excellent written and spoken English, professional and warm, no template-sounding replies
Detail-oriented to an unusual degree. You double-check before you send.
Comfortable saying "let me verify that" instead of making something up
Experience with an LMS, CRM, or helpdesk software (Absorb, GoHighLevel, Intercom, Zendesk, etc.)
Reliable internet and a quiet work environment
Available during US East Coast business hours
Nice to Have
Any exposure to insurance, financial services, or regulated education
Spanish fluency
