JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring experienced customer service / support professionals who have worked in cryptocurrency — either directly at an exchange or through a third-party support/compliance vendor.

You may be a fit if ANY of the following apply:
You previously worked at a crypto exchange or third-party vendor that supports one



You are currently working at one



You know someone who is currently employed at one — referrals are welcome and paid

We are specifically interested in people with background at major exchanges (Binance, Coinbase, OKX, Bybit, Kraken, KuCoin, ---------- , Gemini, HTX, ---------- , MEXC, Bitget, Upbit, WhiteBIT, CoinDCX, and others) or at BPO/compliance partners such as TaskUs, Concentrix, Conectys, Teleperformance, Foundever, SupportYourApp, Genpact, RCC BPO, Call IT Dev, TTEC, Alorica, ACX Compliance, and similar vendors.

What we're looking for:

Live chat, email, or ticket-based CS experience in crypto, fintech, or trading platforms. (No Voice chat)

Familiarity with account verification (KYC), deposits/withdrawals, 2FA, and common user issues

Clear written English; additional languages are a plus
