We're a fast-growing custom apparel print shop in Texas serving contractors and trade businesses. We're adding a customer support person to keep our orders moving and our customers taken care of. You'll work closely with our sales and design team.
This is a long-term, stable role with real earning upside. We take care of good people who take care of our customers.
Pay
Base is $3/hour, but with our commission most tea
What you'll do
Handle customer emails for a set of orders each day — sending mockups for approval, answering questions, and following up until approved
Present our simple upsell offers after approval (easy, friendly, never pushy — the system does the work)
Take initiative to keep orders moving through our dashboard without being told twice — spot what's stuck and handle it
Occasionally hop on a customer phone call when needed
Double-check every order's details before anything goes out: logo, garment type, color, sizes, quantities, and print placement
Make simple mockup tweaks using our ready-made templates
Update our tracking sheet after every action so order status is always accurate
Write and speak to customers like a real, friendly person — never robotic or corporate
What we're looking for
Experience in email customer support / customer service
Strong written English, and clear spoken English with little accent (you may take a call now and then)
Someone who takes initiative and thinks a step ahead — not just waiting for instructions
Extremely detail-oriented — you catch small mistakes before they become problems
Comfortable following SOPs and checklists exactly
Able to work US Central business hours, and okay with a couple of weekend hours at times
Reliable internet and a quiet place to work
Nice to have (not required)
Proficiency in Canva or Photoshop for apparel mockups
Experience with invoicing, Google Sheets, or print/apparel workflows
How we measure success
Fast first response and fast mockups
Low error rate on order details
Customers feel taken care of
