JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable customer support and sales agent who can help customers feel heard, answer questions clearly, and confidently guide interested customers toward a purchase.

You’ll communicate with customers through SMS, email, and phone.

Your responsibilities:
- Answer customer questions and follow up with interested leads.
- Explain products and handle sales objections.
- Calm frustrated customers and help resolve concerns.
- Keep clear notes and follow our support processes.

You should have:
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- A friendly, professional phone manner.
- Strong listening skills and good judgment.
- Reliable internet and a quiet place for calls.
