Hi, we're looking to hire someone who can learn our platform inside and out, then handle complex customer support
When support tickets are caught up, you'll help with writing customer-facing articles, doing company research, and other research-based tasks.
We're looking for someone to work 50 hours per week on a fixed availability window (shift). We will pay weekly (usually via Wise, paid through Corelance).
Perfect English is a must, without the use of AI. You must be responsive while on shift (gaps in your availability is an issue since we're responding to live chats), and you must be comfortable with extensive research and writing (articles) when caught up on customer support inquiries.
