JOB OVERVIEW

Hey there!
We’re looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our growing e-commerce fashion brand serving customers in the United States.

We’re building a long-term team of A-players who want to grow with us — not just for a few weeks, but for the long run. Support is not a side function here: it’s how we keep our customers happy and our business healthy, and we treat the people who do it accordingly — with real training, clear standards and a real growth path.

???? What you’ll be doing
Handling customer emails in Gorgias (order status, returns, sizing questions, cancellations, delivery issues) — warm, personal and accurate, never robotic.
Verifying every case in Shopify before replying: order status, tracking, history. We never guess.
Working our solution flows: helping customers to the right outcome (replacement, store credit, refund) following clear SOPs

— you’ll never have to improvise.
Logging every case completely in our tracking sheets — our dashboards run on your data.
Spotting risk early (chargeback threats, urgent deadlines, high-value orders) and escalating fast along clear lines.
You will be fully trained with our video course, playbook and SOPs. We don’t expect you to know our systems on day one — we expect you to follow them once you do.

✅ What we’re looking for
Proven e-commerce dropshipping customer support experience — this is a hard requirement.
Hands-on experience with Gorgias and Shopify (or a very similar helpdesk + store combination).
Excellent written English — clear, warm and professional. Our customers are American women 45–65 who expect patient, personal service.
Detail-oriented and honest — you log what actually happened, you check names and order numbers before sending, you ask when unsure.
Comfortable with a shifted schedule — our customers are in US time zones, and coverage matters.
Available 6–8 hours per day. During high-volume periods the schedule is 8 hours per day, 6 days a week. Time is tracked via Hubstaff.

???? What we offer
Long-term position — we’re looking for someone who stays and grows (6+ months minimum).
Real training — a full video course, playbook and SOPs, plus daily feedback in your first two weeks. We invest in you.
A real growth path — CS Rep → Senior Rep → CS Manager, and routes into supply chain and dispute management as we scale. Promotions are earned on clear, published KPIs.
Reliable payouts — weekly or bi-weekly, via agreement.
A professional team — communication via Slack, clear SOPs for everything, honest management.
Rate: $3–4/hour depending on experience, with room to grow as your role grows.

???? How to apply
Include the following in your application — applications that skip these will not be considered:
Start your application with the words “COCA COLA” so we know you read this post.
A short introduction: who you are and your dropshipping support experience (store type, your role, ticket volume).
Which helpdesk tools you have used (Gorgias? Shopify? Others?) and for how long.
Answer this in 3–5 sentences: A customer emails that the dress she received doesn’t fit and she wants to return it. Describe step by step how you would handle this ticket.
Your availability (hours per day, days per week) and your time zone.
Optional but appreciated: a short introduction video.

⚠️ What to expect after you apply
Our process is thorough because we hire for the long term:
Application screening — we review your answers above.
A short written assessment — realistic customer scenarios.
A structured interview — same questions for every candidate, fair and professional.
A paid practical trial — you handle fictional tickets with our real tools and templates, and you get paid for it.
Offer & onboarding — full training program, then live work with daily review in your first weeks.

Only apply if you’ve read this entire post, meet the requirements, and are serious about joining a long-term team that values quality, honesty and consistency.
If that’s you — we can’t wait to meet you. ????
