JOB OVERVIEW

Position Overview:

This is a full-time, fully remote role for a Customer Service Representative supporting a financial institution that uses cryptocurrency and stablecoins to power our operations. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing the overall customer experience. Daily tasks include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, moderating our community, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Desired Qualifications:

• Excellent English speaking ability. You should be a 99th Percentile candidate in written and verbal English skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Able to balance multiple high urgency tasks, and ruthlessly prioritize
• Personal experience with cryptocurrencies, and a strong understanding of how they work
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred

You must be available to work 40 hours a week and have flexibility on shift timing.
