We're looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused individual to join our team!
???? Position: Customer Support Representative
???? Remote | Full-Time
???? Rate: $4–$6/hour

What You'll Do:
? Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
? Assist customers with questions and concerns
? Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems
? Follow up with customers as needed
? Provide exceptional customer service and support

What We're Looking For:
? Previous customer service or customer support experience preferred
? Excellent English communication skills
? Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
? Detail-oriented and organized
? Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
