You’ll be part of the engine that keeps our day-to-day running smoothly - supporting our customers, organizing backend operations, and helping us improve how we work as we scale.

Your Role

You’ll with your team lead, and our customers. Your job is to make sure every customer experience is a smooth one - and that our backend operations stay organized as we grow.

What You’ll Do:

- Respond to customer inquiries via email, social, and chat platforms (we use Gorgias)

- Resolve issues with care and empathy, ensuring customers feel heard and helped

- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners to ensure smooth order fulfillment and tracking

- Monitor reviews, identify trends in feedback, and suggest improvements to our systems

- Support daily operations tasks - tracking returns, updating records, and keeping things organized

- Collaborate with the team to improve our SOPs and backend workflows

- Be the voice of the customer - bringing feedback to the team to help us improve

You don’t need to have all the answers - we’ll teach you the tools and systems. What we care about is your attitude: someone eager to learn, grow, and contribute ideas along the way.

- Tech-Savvy & Process-Oriented: You enjoy systems, tools (Notion, Slack, Gorgias etc.), and figuring things out when things aren’t working.

- Eager to Grow: This is a full-time employee role - not a freelance or part-time gig. We’re looking for someone fully committed to growing with us long-term. You won’t be juggling other jobs. Instead, you’ll be part of the team, learning across different areas of the business, gaining new skills, and building something meaningful together.
