JOB OVERVIEW

Operational support and product execution for a WordPress SaaS plug-in used by smartphone, tablet, and Mac repair shops. You provide fast, accurate first-line support and keep the product data in top shape. You master the plug-in inside out. You work with discipline, evidence, and results.

• Full-time: 40 hours per week
• Required availability during EU business hours
• 100 percent remote
• Long-term role for committed professionals only

Deliverables
* First-line support via Intercom: diagnose and resolve issues
* Validate and correct AI-generated replies
* Build, optimize, and expand Intercom macros
* Be available on camera for live support via Consolto (Pilot)
* Improve Helpcenter content with clear text and short screen-record videos
* Manage pricing database: add models, parts, pricing, link components
* Work in Close CRM: follow up cancelled subscriptions, reduce churn
* Perform daily admin and deliver a short email summary of completed work
* Full functional mastery of the WordPress plug-in
* Execute work with full transparency using an activity logger
* Operate independently after onboarding

Requirements
* Proven experience with WordPress plug-ins (evidence required)
* Excellent written English
* Fast learner
* Analytical problem-solver with extreme accuracy
* Follows protocols exactly or improves them with clear justification
* Strong customer focus and proactive issue ownership
* Stable internet connection, reliable workstation
* Comfortable on camera
* Zero-assumption mindset
* Available full-time and able to start quickly
