We are hiring a Customer Support Manager to own day-to-day support operations for several e-commerce brands. This role is for someone who can handle tickets, keep response quality high, and improve systems over time.
- Respond to customer
- Escalate complex issues to our team with clear summaries
- Track patterns (common issues) and suggest improvements to macros and FAQs
- Help keep customer support organized with tags, categories, and daily reporting
- Coordinate with warehouse/fulfillment when needed
