JOB OVERVIEW

Here's what's waiting for you: a fast-growing e-commerce brand in the lifestyle/travel space with an existing CS team of 2 agents and no one structuring the operation. That's your job.

You'll lead 2 agents, set priorities, review quality, and build the SOPs and macros that make the whole thing run without friction. You'll own the KPIs response time, CSAT, first-contact resolution, refund rate and deliver a weekly report that tells the founder exactly where things stand.

When something breaks on the site a checkout bug, a payment error, a shipping mess you're the one who catches it, diagnoses it, and drives the fix.

You report directly to the founder. You work async, remote, with European timezone overlap.
