Salary & Benefits:
- Starting salary: USD 750 per month
- Performance bonuses: Up to USD 500 quarterly

Training and Shift Schedule Details:
- Training: 2-week mandatory training, 3 PM – 11 PM Pacific Standard Time (fixed, non-negotiable)
- Schedule: 40 hours/week, full-time only, weekend availability required
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent
- Help customers resolve financial and technical issues on web and app platforms
- Process disbursements and refunds as needed
- Report bugs and suggest improvements for a better customer experience
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in customer service
- Zendesk experience is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible, adaptable, empathetic, engaging
- Self-starter with initiative and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving start-up environment
- Candidates must be flexible and willing to work a variety of shifts to meet business needs.
