We are a fast-growing international e-commerce company looking for a motivated and reliable Customer Support Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will communicate directly with our English-speaking customers, assist them with their inquiries, build positive customer relationships, and contribute to overall customer satisfaction and retention.
This is a full-time remote position with excellent long-term growth opportunities within our company.
Responsibilities
1. Respond to customer inquiries in a friendly, professional, and engaging manner.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through daily communication.
3. Follow provided scripts and company guidelines while keeping conversations natural and personalized.
4. Submit daily reports regarding activity and performance.
5. Work scheduled shifts consistently and communicate proactively about any issues or availability changes.
Requirements
1. English proficiency at B2 level or higher (written and spoken).
2. Typing speed of at least 50 WPM.
3. Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps.
4. Own laptop or desktop computer and a quiet workspace at home.
5. Availability to work assigned shifts with a flexible schedule.
6. Previous experience in customer support, virtual assistance, or a similar role is an advantage but not required.
