We’re looking for a Project Manager / Customer Support Agent who can guide projects from concept to delivery—on time, on spec, and with an outstanding client experience. You’ll serve as the bridge between our clients and creative team, ensuring deliverables are clear, prioritized, and executed seamlessly, while also handling client support needs with professionalism and care.
You’ll be responsible for managing timelines, client expectations, task assignments, and team communication, as well as providing responsive and thoughtful customer support to ensure every interaction is smooth and positive.
What You’ll Do
? Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact—managing inquiries, updates, and support requests.
? Project Coordination: Break down projects into actionable steps, assign tasks to designers, and track progress using Notion or ClickUp.
? Customer Support: Respond to client questions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure their needs are met quickly and effectively.
? Workflow Management: Keep projects on track by monitoring deadlines, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
? Quality Control: Review deliverables before sending them to clients, ensuring they align with briefs and brand standards.
? Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks, refine workflows, and recommend better systems for smoother operations.
What We’re Looking For
? 2+ years of experience in project management, customer support, or a related role (creative, marketing, or design industry experience is a plus).
? Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities.
? Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—confident in managing clients and resolving concerns.
? Familiarity with project management tools (Notion, ClickUp, Asana, or similar).
? Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
? A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
