I am looking for an entry level customer experience virtual assistant to support our busy author business who is looking for a long term role. This is an entry level position that will provide you excellent opportunities to learn, grow and develop. Your role is to provide great customer support and customer service and work closely with our CEO in this small founder-led digital/online business based out of Australia.
Day to day you will be responsible for:
a) Daily checking the Community for our paid program and preparing proposed responses in collaboration with the CEO and our company tools (AI Pro Claude Account, Brand Voice documentation etc)
b) Managing and logging responses and the
c) Attending regular coaching calls, recording and managing upload of calls to Kajabi
d) Coordinating a schedule, payments and client liaision for paid editing services in collaboration with the CEO
e) Ensuring we have a vibrant, positive, uplifting and well maintained highly engaged
f) Supporting the CEO with monitoring manuscript submissions for CEO clients, ensuring publishing projects remain on track, coordinating various resources to get tasks done, chasing CEO for inputs, coordinating as needed with editors, graphic designers and other tasks related to publishing.
You will be part of a busy publishing and author services business. We are heart led, very friendly but we work fast. This is not a job for someone who does not thrive in a high pressure, fast based environment. You must be reliable, willing to learn, able to take on board feedback and have a great eye for detail. This is NOT a role for someone who cannot follow instructions or is not detail oriented.

- Has basic entry level Canva experience
- Is detailed driven
- Is customer focused
- Is friendly, proactive, results focused and outcome driven but is also flexible - there are tight deadlines and turnaround times.
