We're Hiring: Customer Success Manager (GHL Expert)

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager (GHL Expert) to join our remote team! If you have experience with GoHighLevel (GHL), understand how businesses use tech to drive growth, and are passionate about helping clients succeed, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard Clients – Lead clients through the onboarding process to ensure they fully understand and maximize our platform.
- Provide Strategic Guidance – Offer actionable insights on lead generation, marketing, and business growth to help clients achieve their goals.
- Drive Sales & Expansion – Take ownership of upsells, cross-sells, and expansion opportunities to help clients maximize value while contributing to company growth.
- Manage Metrics & Growth Goals – Be accountable for weekly metrics, including:
- Total Sales & Expansion Revenue (through upsells and cross-sells)
- MRR Growth Rate (ensure consistent increase)
- Client Retention Rate (maintain or exceed retention targets)
- Manage Projects – Oversee customer-facing projects to improve client experience, including building funnels and creating educational content.
- Lead Workshops & Content Creation – Facilitate workshops and create video content (like YouTube tutorials) to educate clients on platform use.
- Ensure Client Success – Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they receive consistent value and remain satisfied.
- Maximize Platform Usage – Work with clients to ensure they are using Progreda to its full potential to achieve measurable results.

Full-Time, Remote: 9 AM–5 PM PST, Monday to Friday
