About Customer Success:
Customer Success is a proactive, relationship-focused discipline dedicated to ensuring our clients achieve their desired outcomes while using our program. Unlike traditional customer service, which often reacts to problems after they occur, Customer Success is about guiding and partnering with clients throughout their journey, anticipating their needs, supporting their progress, and driving long-term value.
Key Responsibilities:
-You will report to the Customer Success Manager
-Client Onboarding & Engagement:
-Lead new client onboarding by helping them understand the program’s features and benefits, setting clear expectations, and establishing communication routines to keep them engaged from day one.
Relationship Management:
Develop strong, trust-based relationships with clients by regularly checking in, understanding their goals, and acting as their advocate within the company.
Proactive Support:
Monitor client progress to identify any signs of disengagement or challenges early. Reach out proactively to address potential issues before they escalate.
Problem Resolution:
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client obstacles quickly, ensuring minimal disruption and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
Retention & Growth:
Drive client retention by delivering continuous value, encouraging renewals, and fostering opportunities for upselling or referrals.
Feedback & Insights:
Collect and analyze client feedback to identify trends and opportunities for program improvement. Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and sales teams to share insights and help shape enhancements.
Primary Goals of the Role:
-Ensure every client experiences meaningful and measurable value from the program
-Maintain consistent and clear communication tailored to client needs
-Detect and address obstacles early, reducing churn and frustration
-Build strong, lasting client relationships that promote loyalty and advocacy
-Support company growth by encouraging client referrals and positive testimonials
-Upselling, account retentions, refunds
Skills & Qualifications:
-Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Ability to engage in conversational dialogue and build rapport with ease
-Able to give helpful advice to clients through Zoom
-Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude
-Proactive problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
-Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
-Experience with CRM or customer success software preferred (HubSpot, GHL, etc.)
-Empathy and a genuine passion for helping clients succeed
-Data-driven approach to monitoring client health and success metrics
