Your Responsibilities

Monitor internal communication channels and client platforms for updates and service announcements
Respond to client inquiries while representing the trading team in a professional and consistent manner
Provide general clarification regarding trade updates, execution processes, and risk awareness
Assist clients with platform and service-related questions using internal resources and educational materials
Support client account status requests and membership-related inquiries

Your Profile

Strong understanding of forex trading concepts and market structure
Strong written English communication skills
Background in sales, preferably worked in direct sales before
Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
Ability to stay calm, confident, and professional under pressure
Well-organized, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple chats
Team player who communicates effectively with team leads and managers
