JOB OVERVIEW

Are you a results-driven communicator with a strong background in sales or inbound customer service?

We are currently looking for dedicated and personable individuals to join our team as Customer Engagement Representative.
This is a fully remote position where you'll engage with customers via online chat, offering support to issues they face.
If you have a talent for copywriting and thrive in a fast-paced virtual environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Position Details:

> Location: Remote (Philippines only)
> Available shifts: Allocated depending on team requirements at time of hiring
> Compensation: $2–$5 USD/hour (based on experience and performance)

What We’re Looking For?

> Must-have: 6+ months of experience in sales, outbound calls, or retention
> Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
> Strong organizational and time management skills
> Experience with Google Workspace, CRM tools, or scheduling platforms
> Available for full-time work (consistent replies)
> Positive attitude & willingness to learn and improve
> Manage multiple simultaneous chat conversations
> Communicate clearly and creatively in English
> Help customers with their issues in a timely manner
