Position Overview
This role will be accountable for providing our customer base with an excellent customer service experience. You will be assisting customers over the phone and through
Hours: Monday – Friday 8 am to 5 pm Mountain Time, US.
Must be able to give 40 hours FULL TIME and have no other job.
Dedicated computer with wired Internet Access is required.
Report directly to the company owners.
Paid training.
NO selling.

Job Requirements
Must have desire to answer the phone and speak excellent English.
American English dialect is helpful.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must have excellent phone answering skills.
Excellent customer service and relationship building skills.
Professional, confident, upbeat and friendly telephone voice.
Writing engaging, clear and error-free content for website.
Strong attention to detail and solid organizational skills.
Reliable with stable work history and strong work ethic.
Ability to multi-task and work independently.
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
