JOB OVERVIEW

Our Shopify fashion stores are growing fast through Google Ads. More orders means more tickets, more escalations and more supplier issues, and we need one experienced person to take charge of all of it.

You will be the person who keeps our customers happy behind the scenes. You lead the CS team, take over the difficult cases, keep our supplier in line and work directly with the founders to make the whole operation run smoother.

We are looking for someone who has done this before. If you have only worked as a support agent and never led a team, this is not the right fit.

This is a long-term role, not a project.

Your role in short

You take the hard cases
When a customer is angry, demands a refund or threatens to call their bank, the ticket lands with you. You know when to refund, when to replace and when to hold your ground, and you solve it before it turns into a dispute. You also d ---------- what the agents can handle on their own and what should come to you.

You lead the team
Priorities, quality of replies and response times. You coach them, write the SOPs and macros, and make sure the team works the same way every time. As we add stores, you build the team out further.

You keep orders and suppliers on track
Late shipments, wrong sizes, lost parcels, tracking that stopped updating: you follow up on all of it. You push our supplier on defects, delays and reshipments, and you spot problems before customers do.

You are the founders' right hand on the backend
You work closely with the founders and are their go-to person for everything customer service. You point out recurring problems with products, suppliers or ads, and help shape our refund and return policies.

You keep disputes low
Your main job here is prevention: solving problems before customers go to their bank or PayPal. Experience with handling disputes in Shopify Payments or PayPal is a bonus, not a must.

You report on what is happening
Once a month, per store, you share the numbers: escalations handled, refund rate, response times and dispute ratio. More importantly, you tell us what is causing the problems and what we should change.

Our setup
We communicate through Slack, both with the founders and within the team. Reporting, order tracking and supplier follow-up run in Google Sheets and Excel.

You are the right person if you

have worked as an Operations Manager, Support Manager, Backend Manager or Team Lead at an e-commerce company
have led a team and been responsible for their results
know how to calm down angry customers and prevent chargebacks
have worked with high-volume stores running paid ads
have dealt directly with suppliers
have worked with Gorgias, Zendesk or Re:amaze
are comfortable in Slack, Google Sheets and Excel
write excellent English
are flexible when urgent escalations come in

Bonus points if you

have handled chargebacks and disputes in Shopify Payments or PayPal
have worked in fashion e-commerce

What you get

A long-term, stable position that grows as we add stores
Direct collaboration with the founders
Full ownership of how customer service and backend are run

How to apply
Start your message with the word , otherwise we won't read it. Then briefly tell us your most recent management role, your team size and which helpdesk tools you have used.
