JOB OVERVIEW

The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and follow-through. Since this position will have direct interaction with clients, strong customer service skills and professional communication are especially important.

Tasks that will be assigned:
* Customer service
* Willingness to learn and assist with umbrella policies, including quotes, applications, policy changes, documentation, and follow-up

Skills And Competencies:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Highly organized with strong time-management skills
* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
* Strong follow-up skills and ability to see tasks through to completion
* Ability to communicate professionally with clients, carriers, and internal team members
* Comfortable working with policy information, documents, and client data
* Ability to learn insurance products and procedures quickly
* Willingness to learn and assist with umbrella policies, including quotes, applications, policy changes, documentation, and follow-up
* Ability to identify when a client question or issue needs to be escalated
* Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative rather than waiting to be told what needs to be done
* Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player
* Insurance experience, particularly Personal Lines or Umbrella, would be a plus but is not necessarily required for the right candidate.
