HIRING: CUSTOMER SERVICE VA

We’re looking for a reliable, organized VA to join our team full-time.

ABOUT THE COMPANY

You’ll be working with mea, a company building better workwear for women in the funeral profession.

Our goal is simple: create clothing that actually works for the women wearing it. mea was built around the idea that funeral professionals need to look professional while still being able to move, work, and get through a full day comfortably.

We’re a growing company, so this role is more than just answering customer messages. We’re looking for someone who wants to grow with the business and eventually take on more operations and admin responsibilities as they become comfortable with the role.

THE ROLE

The role will start with customer service, helping respond to customer questions, follow-ups, and day-to-day requests.

As you get comfortable with the role, there will also be opportunities to take on more operations and admin tasks and help take things off the team’s plate.

Looking for someone who:

- Has previous VA or customer service experience
- Has strong written and spoken English
- Is organized and reliable
- Can communicate well and work independently
- Is proactive and willing to learn
- Takes ownership of their work
