What You Will Be Doing:
Managing and responding to all customer
Handling order inquiries, shipping questions, tracking updates, and delivery issues
Processing refunds and returns within our 30 day money back guarantee policy
Navigating Shopify to look up orders, update information, and resolve issues
Completing small tasks as needed by the team
Turning unhappy customers into loyal ones through fast and caring responses
You Must Have:
Fluent in both English and Spanish — this is required
Previous customer service experience preferably for an ecommerce brand
Ability to navigate Shopify confidently
Excellent written communication — warm, clear, and professional at all times
Ability to respond to all
Strong empathy especially when dealing with stressed or emotional customers
Reliable internet connection and consistent availability
Bonus Points:
Experience in health wellness or mom niche
Familiarity with Gorgias or Zendesk
Experience handling refunds and disputes
