Hello,
We run a growing eCommerce dropshipping business with multiple fashion stores across different countries. We are looking for a long-term Customer Support tea
This is a Customer Support role where you will follow a clear, documented process to keep our customers happy. It becomes very straightforward once you understand each step.
PLATFORMS YOU MUST KNOW:
- Shopify (eCommerce platform)
- Slack (team communication)
- DeepL (translation)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to customer
- Handle customer complaints with warmth and professionalism
- Process a minimum of 20
- Report on refunds and complaints
- Updating and communicating with our suplier through Slack
- Maintain our 12-24-hour reply ETA for all customer inquiries
- Contribute to our documentation and help improve our support processes
- Represent the brand consistently — accurate answers, no duplicates, on-topic replies every time

REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Support
- Organized, motivated, and eager to learn
- Available for weekly team calls
- Available to start immediately
- Available for a minimum of 40 hours per week once full-time (we start with a 2-week trial, then move to full-time)
- Not currently working another full-time job
