We are ONLY considering applicants who have experience in credit repair AND familiarity with Client Dispute Manager (CDM).
???? About the Role
We are looking for a professional, well-spoken Customer Service VA who can communicate clearly with clients, provide updates, and support our dispute team.
This role is client-facing, so strong English communication is REQUIRED.
? REQUIREMENTS
MUST have experience in credit repair
MUST be familiar with Client Dispute Manager (CDM)
Excellent English speaking skills (clear, confident, professional)
Strong customer service experience (calls, texts, emails)
Organized and detail-oriented
PLUS (Not Required, but Preferred):
Experience using GoHighLevel
Experience handling CRM systems and client communications
???? RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer inbound/outbound client calls
Send SMS and email updates to clients
Follow up with clients (missed calls, updates, reminders)
Review client notes and provide accurate status updates
Assist with onboarding communication
Coordinate with dispute team for updates
???? APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS (MANDATORY)

Brief explanation of your credit repair experience
Your experience using Client Dispute Manager
