JOB OVERVIEW

We’re searching for a Customer Support Agent to join a fast-growing fintech startup. Experience in lending, payments or Buy Now, Pay Later is highly preferable. We want someone who is proactive, calm under pressure and looking for a long-term role. If you’ve supported customers for a US, UK or AU finance company, we’d like to hear from you!

MUST have customer support experience in fintech or lending.
MUST be comfortable on phone, chat AND email.
Experience with repayments, collections or fraud cases is an ADVANTAGE.
Your most recent role should be in customer support.

Salary: Php 75,000 – Php 88,000 per month (depending on experience)
Shift: Mon to Fri 7PM – 4AM PH - will change depending on business needs
Full-time, 100% remote
