We are a fast-growing U.S.-based irrigation and lawn care company. We handle service calls, system installs, inspections, and seasonal work. Our business is fast-paced, and strong communication and scheduling are critical to our success.
We are looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant who wants a long-term position with growth opportunities, not short-term work.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via
Schedule service appointments and optimize daily routes for technicians
Follow up with customers regarding estimates, approvals, and outstanding payments
Maintain organized and efficient daily schedules to maximize productivity
Accurately update CRM and job notes with detailed information
Support general administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
What Success Looks Like:
Fast and professional customer communication
Well-organized and efficient scheduling
Consistent follow-ups with customers
Strong attention to detail
Ability to take ownership and solve problems independently
Work Hours:
Must be available during U.S. Central Time (Missouri) business hours
30–40 hours per week
Compensation, Raises & Bonus Structure
Starting Pay:
$5–$6/hour depending on experience
Performance Raises:
After 60–90 days: Increase to $6–$8/hour based on performance
Every 6–12 months: Additional raises based on performance and responsibilities
Performance Bonuses:
Based on customer service quality, organization, and reliability
Typical bonuses range from $25–$100+
Holiday Bonus:
End-of-year bonus based on performance and tenure

Paid Holidays & Time Off
We offer paid time off to support long-term tea
2 days for Christmas
1 day for New Year
1 day for July 4th
2 days for Holy Week
Plus 1–3 flexible paid days per year
Total Paid Days Off: 7–9 days per year
If work is required on a holiday, additional pay or a replacement day off will be provided.
After 12 months of employment, additional paid time off may be added based on performance and tenure.
Systems & Tools Used:
CRM: Service Autopilot (training provided)
Phone System: Dialpad
Additional scheduling and communication tools as needed
No prior experience with these systems is required, but the ability to learn quickly is important.
Requirements:
Strong English communication (written and spoken)
Experience in customer service, scheduling, or dispatching
Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Reliable internet (backup required)
Professional and confident communication
Preferred (Bonus Skills):
Experience with service-based businesses (home services, contractors, etc.)
Experience handling phone calls with U.S. customers
Familiarity with CRM or scheduling software
