JOB OVERVIEW

Varsity Mulching is a growing landscaping company serving homeowners in Pennsylvania. We are hiring two full-time customer service representatives based in the Philippines to split the following coverage:

- Monday–Friday: 6:30 AM–8:00 PM Eastern Time
- Saturday–Sunday: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Time

Each representative will work approximately 42 hours per week.

Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls, texts, and emails
- Return missed calls quickly
- Qualify new leads and schedule landscaping estimates
- Enter accurate customer information and notes into Jobber
- Follow up with leads who have not scheduled
- Help existing customers with basic questions and scheduling requests

Ideal Candidate:
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Friendly, confident, and natural on the phone
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Previous experience working with a US home-service company
- Experience with Jobber or another home-service CRM is strongly preferred

Starting pay is $800 USD per month, equivalent to approximately $4.42 per hour. Training will be provided.
