JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing U.S.-based diabetic supply business looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to handle customer messages and close deals using a proven script and price list.
This is not a freelance role. We are looking for someone long-term who can follow instructions exactly, respond quickly and close sales consistently. Strong long-term growth is available for the right person.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Respond to inbound Facebook messages
* Follow a step-by-step sales script (no improvising)
* Ask the correct questions in the correct order
* Refer to a fixed price list when quoting
* Confirm orders and collect customer info
* Generate prepaid shipping labels using PirateShip
* Upload labels and update our CRM
* Maintain a professional, friendly and personal tone at all times

Requirements (Please Read Carefully)
We will only consider applicants who meet all of the following:
* Strong written English (clear, professional, conversational)
* Prior experience in customer service or sales
* Comfortable following scripts word-for-word
* Fast response time (goal: under 5 minutes during shift)
* High attention to detail (prices, quantities, addresses)
* Comfortable using CRMs, spreadsheets and chat tools
* Stable internet and quiet work environment
* Coachable and open to feedback

- You must be comfortable discussing diabetic supplies
- No medical advice is ever given

Pay & Incentives
* $4/hour base pay
* $2 commission per sale closed
* Performance bonuses available

Schedule
* 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST
* Monday to Saturday
* This role requires availability during these hours. Fast response time is important, especially during peak periods (morning, lunch and late afternoon).
* Must be punctual and reliable

Shift Details
* Fixed daily schedule within business hours
* Overtime or extended hours may be offered as volume increases

Training & Support
* You will receive a detailed SOP and script
* Step-by-step CRM and shipping label training
* Ongoing feedback and support

Test Task (Required)
* To apply, you must answer the following:
* Briefly describe your customer service or sales experience
* What is your average internet speed?
* What hours are you available to work?
* If a customer asks “What’s your price?” why is following a script important?
* Confirm that you are comfortable earning commission per sale
