Position Overview

We are seeking a confident, personable, organized, and results-driven Customer Service & Sales Specialist to support our growing business.

This is a customer-facing role that combines customer service, lead follow-up, outbound calling, appointment setting, sales support, social media engagement, and customer messaging.

The ideal candidate is comfortable speaking with prospective customers, building relationships, following up consistently, answering questions, overcoming basic objections, and guiding interested prospects toward the appropriate next step.

This is not simply an administrative customer service position. The person in this role will help turn inquiries and leads into conversations, appointments, and customers while ensuring every person receives a professional and positive experience.
