# Customer Service & Sales Representative – Remote

**Compensation:** $400 USD per month
**Employment Type:** Full-Time
**Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday during U.S. business hours
**Weekend Availability:** Preferred

## About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated **Customer Service and Sales Representative** with excellent spoken English, strong communication skills, and previous experience handling customer calls.

You will manage inbound and outbound calls for our online stores selling **mini excavators, trailers, and construction equipment**. Your main responsibility will be to assist customers, answer product questions, follow up with new leads, and help convert interested customers into sales.

The ideal candidate must be comfortable using **AI tools such as ChatGPT** during calls to quickly find product information, prepare answers, and provide accurate customer support.

This is a fully remote, full-time position requiring reliability, responsiveness, confidence, and a professional attitude.

## Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from customers interested in mini excavators and trailers.
• Contact new leads immediately after they enter our system.
• Follow up with interested customers professionally and promptly.
• Answer questions about products, pricing, shipping, warranties, availability, and the ordering process.
• Recommend suitable products based on the customer’s needs.
• Handle customer objections and help close sales.
• Respond to customer inquiries through phone calls, email, and live chat.
• Use AI tools during calls to find information and provide faster, more accurate answers.
• Transfer calls to another tea ---------- mber when necessary.
• Maintain accurate notes and records of every customer interaction.
• Follow up on missed calls, abandoned checkouts, and customers who have not completed their purchase.
• Represent the company professionally and provide an excellent customer experience.
• Work closely with the team to improve customer satisfaction and sales conversions.

## Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Clear, confident, and professional phone communication.
• Previous experience in customer service, call centers, telesales, sales support, or virtual assistance.
• Previous sales experience and the ability to handle objections.
• Comfortable speaking with customers in the United States.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms.
• Ability to learn product specifications and technical information quickly.
• Strong organizational, follow-up, and multitasking skills.
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work without constant supervision.
• Ability to remain calm and professional with difficult or hesitant customers.
• Available Monday to Friday during U.S. working hours.
• Weekend availability is strongly preferred.

## Preferred Experience

• Experience selling high-ticket products.
• Experience with mini excavators, trailers, vehicles, heavy equipment, machinery, or construction products.
• Experience using CRM software.
• Experience with VoIP calling platforms such as MightyCall, Aircall, RingCentral, or similar.
• Experience with Shopify or WooCommerce.
• Knowledge of shipping, freight, logistics, warranties, and online ordering.

## Technical Requirements

• Personal laptop or desktop computer.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection.
• Quiet and professional workspace suitable for phone calls.
• Good-quality headset with microphone.
• Backup internet connection is preferred.
• Ability to use multiple browser tabs, AI tools, email, chat, and the CRM while speaking with customers.

## Compensation

• $400 USD per month.
• Fully remote position.
