JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast growing women's fashion dropshipping brand and are looking for a high-level Customer Service Representative who can take ownership, think independently, and grow with the business. This is not a basic "reply to emails" role. We're looking for someone who understands fashion dropshipping, customer psychology, and long term brand building.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer support emails professionally and efficiently
- Manage refunds, returns, and order issues including executing refund funnels
- Perform strong follow ups until each case is fully resolved
- Use email labels and internal systems to stay organized
- Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements
- Communicate clearly with the team and provide daily updates

Requirements (MUST-HAVES)
- Proven experience with fashion dropshipping stores -- this is a hard requirement. If you do not have direct experience with - fashion dropshipping, your application will not be considered.
- Experience with refund funnels (required)
- Experience with Reamaze
- Available 7 days per week -- we are a fast-moving operation and need someone who is not afraid of big hours
- Strong written English
- Ability to think outside the box and solve problems independently
- Organized, detail oriented, and reliable
- Comfortable handling high email volume in a fast-growing store
- Experience using email labels and structured inbox management
- Able to work with AI
