JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative (Voice) to join our growing credit repair team. If you have a passion for helping clients, excellent communication skills, and previous experience in the credit repair industry, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from existing clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist clients with account updates, onboarding, and other service-related concerns.
- Verify client information and maintain accurate account records.
- Document client interactions and ensure all records are up to date.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requests are handled efficiently.
- Follow established workflows and escalate issues when necessary.
- Provide timely updates while delivering exceptional customer service with professionalism and confidentiality.

Qualifications
- Previous credit repair customer service (voice) experience is required.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong phone etiquette, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
