JOB OVERVIEW

Buddy Moving is looking for a confident, sales-focused Customer Service Representative. This role involves handling inbound calls, qualifying leads, following up with customers, and converting inquiries into booked moves. This is not a passive support role — sales and closing are a core part of the job.

Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls, texts, and emails

Qualify leads and understand customer needs

Explain services, pricing, and options

Follow up with unbooked leads to close sales

Book moves and confirm job details

Update CRM and schedules accurately

Meet booking and conversion targets

Required Skills:

Excellent spoken and written English

Strong phone presence and confidence

Sales mindset and closing ability

Comfortable handling objections

Strong attention to detail

CRM and scheduling experience

Reliable internet and quiet workspace

Preferred:

Sales or call center experience

Experience with U.S.-based customers

Home services or logistics experience
